La Michelada started as a corner spot for the perfect after-work michelada. Today it's a neighborhood table in the heart of Upland — where the salsa is fresh, the tortillas are hand-pressed, and every plate leaves the kitchen a little overloaded.
We cook the recipes our families grew up on: al pastor off the trompo, ceviche cured in lime, chilaquiles that taste like a Sunday morning. Cold beer, generous pours of chamoy, and a Tajín-rimmed glass every time.
A peek at what's coming to your table.
